小朋友挑食正常不过了,每次给小孩吃饭,家里就像上演拉锯战一样,这不吃、哪不吃的,尤其是蔬菜、水果,硬逼他们吃下肚,小孩又一副委屈的脸孔;让小孩挑吧,又担心孩子营养摄取不足,真让父母头疼不已。
究竟什麽原因导致小朋友挑食呢?美国儿童饮食行为专家表示,有些小朋友天生就对某些食物的气味、纤维或味道较敏感而拒绝进食,或是父母以零食惩罚、贿赂、奖励孩子的饮食行为时,更容易养成挑食的饮食习惯。1另外,小朋友容易对新食物产生好奇,同时也感觉陌生,因此他们会打从心底产生害怕而排斥新食物。
小朋友长期挑食是无法摄取均衡的营养,除了引发免疫力降低容易生病外,也会影响小朋友的智力发育和体重不达标。2
